Recent (near-line) KML sections
These are half-hour processing sections generated in-flight using downlinked telemetry and should not be considered definitive products.
Copy the KML link to your clipboard and paste. Paste it into the Google Maps search box, or Add > Network Link in Google Earth.
You can modify this (and /live/kml) with the following parameters
- skip=### : number of placemarks to skip before starting
- stride=### : number of placemarks to stride after starting
- count=### : total number of placemarks to return, use 0 for "all"
- sections=### : total number of recent 30-minute sections, default 8, only works on http://shis.ssec.wisc.edu/recent/kml
Example: http://shis.ssec.wisc.edu/live/kml?count=100
Example: http://shis.ssec.wisc.edu/live/kml?skip=100&stride=4&count=100
Example: http://shis.ssec.wisc.edu/recent/kml?stride=10§ions=50
Example: http://shis.ssec.wisc.edu/recent/kml?skip=10&stride=4§ions=4
Recent (near-line) Summary KML sections
Summary images are generated every half-hour from the Near-Line Dual Regression software.
These can be accessed in similar fashion as /recent/summary/kml .
An optional ?kind=X visible plot can be included, overriding the default TAir plot.
Available plots include TAir, RelHum, Cmask, GDAS_TAir, GDAS_RelHum.
Non-default plots are included in the KML pop-up as clickable links.
